Pricing, shipping, refunds and mail rules for printed products.
Before you order
- You'll see the final price, tax, shipping and delivery estimate, and approve the exact proof before anything is printed.
- Postcards mail to US addresses only. Books ship to the countries shown at checkout.
Mail rules
- Only send postcards to people who'd welcome them, and only use addresses you have permission to use.
- Postcards follow the Community Rules and are checked again before printing.
Refunds and reprints
- Damaged or misprinted items are reprinted or refunded. Tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo.
- Orders can't be cancelled once printing starts. Typos in an approved proof aren't covered.
Free welcome postcards
- Free postcards are a limited offer, one set per person, and can end at any time.
