What Dailies collects, why, who helps us run it, and how to delete it.
Contact and operator
- Questions or requests: team@ourdailies.app · Dailies, 5900 Balcones Dr Austin, TX 78731.
- Dailies is the service name. The operating company's registered legal name has not yet been confirmed.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email and sign-in method.
- What you add: photos, videos, captions, voice-to-text words, comments, prompts and album settings.
- Orders: recipient names and addresses for postcards and books, order status and receipts. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch Dailies.
- Device basics: browser type and error logs so the app works. No advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To run your private albums and show them only to their members.
- To make recaps, books and postcards you ask for.
- To help identify prohibited content through automated checks. These checks have limitations; known child-safety image matching is not active (see Community Rules).
- We never sell your data and never use your photos for advertising.
Who helps us (processors)
- Lovable Cloud: hosting, database and private file storage.
- Lovable AI: optional caption, layout and safety checks. Your media is not used to train models by us.
- Stripe: payments. Lob: printing and mailing postcards. Prodigi: printing books. ElevenLabs: voice-to-text when you tap Speak.
How long we keep it
- Albums stay until you or the album owner delete them.
- Postcard recipient addresses are kept 90 days after mailing, then removed from the order.
- Order and payment records are kept as tax and consumer law require.
- Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
- Download your data or delete your account in Profile → Privacy.
- Change cookies, notifications and reminders anytime.
- Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California) you can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, and object to processing. We answer within 30 days.
